I started coaching because I'd seen too many people work hard for nothing. Following plans that were never built for them. Blaming themselves when their body didn't cooperate.

I've trained as a competitive athlete, coached clients from beginners to advanced, and spent years studying the actual science behind fat loss, strength and habit formation. Not the Instagram version. The peer-reviewed version.

How much does coaching with you cost?

I don't publish prices because every program is built around the person, not the package. The investment depends on the tier, duration and the level of support you need. The discovery call is the right place to discuss it. There's no obligation, and you'll leave with clarity either way.

I've tried everything. Why would this be different?

Because everything you've tried was probably built for an average person who doesn't exist. Generic plans, app-based programs, "30-day challenges". They're designed to be sold, not to last. Your plan with me is built around your body, your schedule, your psychology. That's the difference. Statistically, that's also why it works long-term.

Do I need to be in Melbourne to work with you?

No. The Foundation and Transformation tiers are fully remote. I work with clients in Australia, France and beyond. Only the 1-on-1 In-Person tier requires being in Melbourne (we train at South Pacific Health Club, St Kilda).

I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Especially for you. Beginners get the fastest, most dramatic results. You have the most to gain and your body responds quickly to the right stimulus. The Foundation tier was built specifically for people starting from zero. No prior gym experience required.

How long until I see results?

Real, measurable results: 4 to 6 weeks for visible body changes. 3 months for significant transformation. 6+ months for results that become part of who you are. I'm not selling miracles. I'm building infrastructure that lasts.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

We work around it. Every program is adapted to your physical reality: back issues, knee pain, post-pregnancy, autoimmune conditions, you name it. If anything serious requires medical clearance, we get it before we start. Your safety isn't optional.

What does the discovery call actually involve?

30 minutes. By video or phone. We talk about where you are, what you've tried, what you actually want, and whether I'm the right coach for you. No sales script. No pressure. If we're a fit, we discuss the next step. If not, you'll leave with at least three actionable insights anyway.
